Change Orders are initiated by the Contractor, Architect/Engineer or Owner, and may increase or decrease the scope of the project as defined by the plans and specifications.  Change Orders are reviewed by the Architect/Engineer and staff prior to submission to the School Board for approval.  The additive changes are for Principal office floor re-finishing and ceramic tile epoxy grout (see attached).

Approve the Change Order.

If approved, this Change Order will increase the contract amount by $1,659.50.  The Substantial Completion date is January 6, 2012.  Final Completion date is February 5, 2012.  Architect fees will increase by $99.57 as a result of this change order.
